I love Map Inspector but would love to see camo net as a piece of equipment to be added. The app also shows binocs which have been removed from the game.

It would be great to evaluate running a TD with camo net vs optics and seeing the difference in how far away you can be spotted.

It is in Andrew’s list of things to do.
The data with all tank’s specific camo ratings are being readied, as opposed to current’s estimated ratings.
Also the problem with equipments and screw skills and such, is that they change both on PC and blitz with too much frequency. Maintaining things is too much work, as a result, what will probably happen in the app might be just a bonus slider (for exemple +0 to +10%) applying to any specs.

From having had a good deep look at the camo ratings, I can give you as a rule of thumb that a TD will not be out spotted by anyone as long as they remain “silent” I.e. not moving or shooting. If ever they move then anyone with a good viewrange should be able to see them, and if they shoot then anyone should see them. Bushes only makes this even truer.
This is why trying to spot a TD is extremely dangerous, and your only success may be to stay outside of his viewrange based on expected position (consider this gambling) until he fires or moves and hopefully no bush (try coming at an angle different from his expectations or using a bush yourself).

Check this amazing work by my friend FrodoNifinger :

The camo tool in the app is still beta and hopefully can be completed soon. I also expect the result to be interesting.
